For someone going to Dubai mainly for shopping / checking Burj Khalifa area this hotel is ideal. It is also not that far from many attractions. It is directly connected to Dubai Mall with a bridge. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were really friendly. A point that you should think of before booking is that it’s not close to any metro station. The nearest is the one at Dubai mall which is on the other side of the mall (20 min walk).

I loved everything about the hotel , the location right by Dubai mall - views of Burj Khalifa and all From even before we arrived the staff was so amazing they were so welcoming , polite and helpful. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, clean and aesthetically pleasing with all the necessary amenities. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and clean with a lovely view. I would return here every time I visit Dubai

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Vida Dubai Mall. I loved the hospitality of all staff members, the attention to detail of housekeeping staff Aman Shrestha, he was very patient and thoroughly cleaned my room on day 2 of my stay. Delicious breakfast, modern aesthetics, waking up to the view of Burj Khalifa and direct access to Dubai Mall - can't beat that.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and other key attractions, which made exploring the city effortless. The hotel itself has a modern, stylish, and vibrant atmosphere, with beautifully designed rooms that are both comfortable and spacious. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially in the evenings! Breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day. A special mention to the entire team for their exceptional service and attention to detail—they truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Vida Dubai Mall to anyone visiting Dubai!

Great location and dubai mall connectivity (the bridge) is a boon especially in summer weather. Amazing service and staff - right from the front desk/reception staff Iqbal was very helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing - both buffet and alacarte and the restaurant staff at breakfast - and special mention to Sayed, Karim, Kripesha and Celeste. They were always warm and hospitable despite the business. Love the Vida decor and lobby aesthetic! Rooms were also nice and not as small as other reviews mention.

We stayed at Vida Dubai Mall from 26–29 June and had a super nice time! The location is unbeatable – the hotel is directly connected to Dubai Mall via a bridge, which made everything so convenient. We had a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa right from our room! Customer service was truly top-notch throughout our stay – special thanks to Caroline, Cecilia, and Reward for their good vibes and helpful attitude. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We also loved the breakfast at Origins restaurant – delicious food to start each day. Overall, a smooth and relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Vida Dubai Mall. The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location—direct connection to Dubai Mall—is perfect and not too long walk to be honest. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially loved the pool and the great Burj Khalifa views. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The staff were perfect, so kind and accomodating. The room was very comfortable, and I was upgraded to a Burj Khalifa view (from a city view), thank you to Amira at reception for this. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety plus the option to order a la carte as well as barista coffee. The pool was also lovely with staff to help make my stay comfortable. Very easy access to Dubai Mall. Free filtered water in the rooms, I was very grateful for this!
